SIX has been experiencing network problems since Monday. Various SIX services have been affected, causing them to go offline intermittently. Internal and external specialists continue to work around the clock to resolve the issue. Throughout the day, SIX implemented various emergency measures to mitigate the situation and has been able to stabilize the disruption. The problem has also been contained. Until the issue has been fully resolved however, it cannot be ruled out that certain services may not be fully available. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to deal with the root cause.
